Friends since the age of four, Gabriele Rossi and Luca Pompei
started their culinary journey in Berlin in 2014.
After nine years of different experiences, they met again in Lisbon to
finally pursue their dream of having their own space, celebrating the
gastronomic delights of the region where they grew up, Umbria. In
addition to the delicious cheeses and cold cuts, they want to make
known the ”Torta al Testo”, a type of unleavened bread, typical of the
cuisine of this Italian region, whose recipe dates back to the time of
the Roman Empire.
As a substitute for bread or stuffed, "Torta al Testo" allows for infinite
combinations and goes perfectly with our careful selection of Italian
and Portuguese wines.
We are sure that after trying it we will be “Malfamati”, but only in
name!
